Gee whiz, Bob – have you never used Google? In your haste to criticize America and attack President Trump, you ask:
“I heard that we’ve rejected Chinese ventilators, is that true?”
It’s NOT true, of course, but the truth doesn’t fit your narrative, so you go ahead and publish rumors and gossip.
The truth is:
“Officials have teamed up with medical supply companies to speed the arrival of masks, gloves, gowns and other goods.”

There’s nothing on Google about rejecting Chinese ventilators, but you can’t be bothered with a little fact-checking.
And some of the Chinese medical supplies arriving in Europe are being returned.
“The Netherlands, Spain and Turkey question quality of face masks and tests. Several countries in or neighbouring the EU have rejected Chinese-made coronavirus testing kits and protective equipment as substandard, raising concerns about the quality of supplies.”
