The Power Of Protest
JUST STOP IT!
NOBODY signed up for your newsletter to be lectured with your left wing rants and hateful attacks against Republicans. You are truly ignorant, biased and uninformed about the issues of the day.
Our Constitution and the justice system of the United States is founded upon the principle of innocent until proven guilty, equal justice under the law, the right to face your accuser (the 6th Amendment) and due process. While the Senate hearings are not a court trial, the proceedings are still based on Common Law that formed the foundation of our Constitution.
But not in Bob Lefsetz’s AntiFa fascist world. Men are guilty until proven innocent and vague recollections of sexual assault from high school 36 years ago with NO witnesses and NO evidence are more than enough to destroy a man’s career, his family and his reputation, and deny him a seat on the Supreme Court. He is already a judge in the nation’s second highest court in the land. Where was Christine Blasey Ford when he was nominated to the powerful US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit? Kavanaugh has already endured SIX FBI investigations and had acquired the highest possible security levels with access to the nuclear codes. Ms. Ford does not remember where it happened, when it happened, how she got there or how she got home and the four witnesses she claims were there have submitted sworn statements under penalty of felony perjury that they were NOT.
I have ALWAYS supported the ERA, women’s rights and most of the goals of the feminist movement, but nobody should be destroyed based upon allegations of sexual assault without evidence or witnesses from nearly four decades ago in high school when she was 15 years old. This is an insane perversion of justice. What qualified professional will EVER want to serve in government when they know that anyone with allegations that cannot be proven or verified will have the power to destroy their career?
“I’m not preaching violence, I’m not preaching civil disobedience, I’m preaching access and action.”
We never signed up to hear you “preaching” about any political issues. You think you’re a brilliant political commentator? Start a political blog, podcast or newsletter – see how many people subscribe. Don’t just “preach access and actions” – let’s see you TAKE some action and stop offending and abusing the majority of your subscribers who signed up to hear you discuss music, artists and entertainment.
I’m not going to unsubscribe – I value your insight into music and entertainment. But PLEASE shut up about politics. Show some courage and start your political blog – but you won’t because you know nobody is interested.
If you really had any courage, you would do just that.
But you won’t.
Because you don’t.
Can you be more specific about the content of your article? After reading it, I still have some doubts. Hope you can help me.
