Jason Aldean
Bob Lefsetz’s Original Post – “Jason Aldean”
Bob Lefsetz is back on his social justice high white horse to preach his left coast ideology and “holier-than-thou” liberal angst against country artist Jason Aldean:
“We already know this guy is a right wing, racist prick, but what exactly are we accomplishing by amplifying this story?”
“Yes, CMT was correct in banishing the video. But the endless pile-on thereafter has only flagged the flame of racism as opposed to waking up America to the despicable viewpoints of Aldean and his minions.”
The First Amendment? Sorry – that doesn’t apply to anyone but Democrats, rock & roll music bloggers and left wing extremists. And you can bet that Mr. Lefsetz continues to be outraged over President Trump’s name-calling and insulting tweets…
Aldean’s fans are mindless “minions” with “despicable viewpoints”, much like Hillary Clinton’s “basket of deplorables”.
“US Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton has called half of Donald Trump’s supporters a “basket of deplorables”. Speaking at a fundraiser, she said they were “racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamophobic – you name it”.
“(Aldean) wants to cement his bond with the ignorant and racist, truth has nothing to do with it.”
Lyrics like this from his song “Try This in a Small Town” are all about racism and ignorance, right Bob?
Sucker punch somebody on a sidewalk
Carjack an old lady at a red light
Pull a gun on the owner of a liquor store
Ya think it’s cool, well, act a fool if ya like
Do any of those things in New York City, and the liberal establishment usually arrests the people trying to prevent a crime.
“Former U.S. Marine Daniel Penny, who served between 2017 and 2021, attaining the rank of sergeant, and who received several awards, including the Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal, was charged with manslaughter on Friday in a Manhattan criminal court, hours after he surrendered to police.
The freelance journalist who recorded the incident, Juan Alberto Vazquez, told the New York Post that Neely was screaming “in an aggressive manner,” and complaining of hunger and thirst. Neely did not physically attack anyone, Vazquez said, adding that the Marine veteran approached the man after he threw his jacket to the ground.
A New York City police spokesperson told Newsweek that Neely’s record has 42 prior arrests, dating between 2013 and 2021. They include four for alleged assault, while others involved accusations of transit fraud and criminal trespass. At the time of his death, Neely had one active warrant for an alleged assault in connection with a 2021 incident.”
And around that same time:
“A New York City bodega worker was arrested on murder charges early Saturday morning in connection to a deadly stabbing that occurred in the store.
Jose Alba, 51, is accused of fatally stabbing a customer three times during a dispute that stemmed from a bag of potato chips.
Police say Alba initially got into an argument with a woman, who was in the store with a child, because she didn’t have enough cash to purchase the chips. The woman then left the store and contacted Austin Simon, 37, who entered the bodega and proceeded to get into a verbal spat of his own with Alba.”
Left Coast Bob knows ALL about small town values, avoiding flyover country with prepaid first class trips to exotic locations at fancy hotels where he is paid high speaking fees at music seminars around the world.
“As for small town values…
Why is it that rural burgs are seen as the true America? As if America hasn’t progressed in a hundred years, if not more.”
Oh, America has progressed. Like in San Francisco:
“On the night of February 23, 2022, the city counted 7,800 homeless people in San Francisco. 4,400 of those people were unsheltered, which is about 0.54% of the population.
It’s an unusually high number of unsheltered homeless people for a large American city. There is no official comparable data for 2022, but numbers collected across the U.S. in 2019 shows that, among the nation’s largest cities for which there is data, only L.A. had a higher rate of unsheltered homeless people at 0.67%.”
“Man, the right wing is expert on this. The hellholes of the city. According to the right wing if you live in Chicago your life is endangered…”
“According to the 2023 Chicago shot clock: 1 person is shot every 4 hours, while a homicide happens every 17 hours and 12 minutes in Chicago..”
Try THAT in a small town!
“It goes on and on, they’ve built a platform amplified by Fox News to the point where they want to elect a criminal.”
Meanwhile, a bag of cocaine shows up in the White House and the FBI, DOJ and Secret Service look the other way. Or FBI whistleblowers testify that they were told to stand down from any investigation into Hunter Biden’s laptop or President Biden’s millions of dollars received from Chinese and Ukraine benefactors.
“Everybody knows that Trump is a delusional, dumb narcissist, but he’s convinced these same Aldean nitwits that he’s standing up for them.”
Tell us again how offended you are by all of President Trump’s name-calling and offensive tweets…
“They’re fanning the flames of racism.”
Exactly WHERE is the racism in Aldean’s lyrics?
Cuss out a cop, spit in his face
Stomp on the flag and light it up
Yeah, ya think you’re tough
“Man this country has changed. Used to be people were suspicious of the police, that was the sixties mantra, amplified by Rodney King.”
We should be suspicious of anyone in a position of power, whether it’s the police, the government, the politicians or President Biden. But Rodney King was responsible for his own demise in 2012:
“King died on June 17th of 2012 in the swimming pool at the home he bought with the $3.8 million dollars he was awarded by the city of Los Angeles in 1994. He was also engaged to one of the jurors in his trial, who found him at the bottom of his pool.”
“Rodney King’s death in June was the result of accidental drowning, although alcohol, cocaine, marijuana and PCP found in his system were contributing factors, authorities said Thursday.”
Yes, he is dead, but it’s not because of white nationalists, angry racist police, Jason Aldean or a lack of affirmative action. He abused a variety of illegal drugs and fell into his own swimming pool.
“And suddenly we’re all up the rear end of the police, they’re gods. As for Defund the Police… Only the left could come up with such a bad moniker.”
NOBODY has EVER said anything so stupid – “all up the rear end of the police” – except for Bob Lefsetz. After the death of George Floyd here in Minneapolis, there were many calls to “defund the police”. Two years later, the police department was by state law understaffed and crime was on the rise, and everyone wanted more cops and more funding. And the four cops involved in Mr. Floyd’s death are all in prison.
Meanwhile, following the death of George Floyd and the riots which cost Minneapolis more than $500,000,000 dollars and resulted in many civilian deaths, now presidential candidate Kamala Harris then came out in support of defunding the police throughout America.
“In the summer of 2020, shortly after George Floyd was killed by a Minneapolis police officer, Harris gave a string of interviews amid nationwide protests calling for police reform in which she at times voiced support for some of the ideas behind the “defund the police” movement, calling for a “reimaging” of policing around the country.“
“But you blindly defend them, ignorance on parade.”
NOBODY says this crap – except for Bob Lefsetz, music and entertainment blogger and aspiring political commentator and legal expert.
“Somehow it’s fine to have an identity if you’re right wing, but if you’re left wing, you must be silent.”
Bob Lefsetz is never silent – his newsletters constantly insult, name-call, attack and disparage anyone to the right of Mitt Romney.
“Then again, we can’t address the problems of the Black man because it’s been almost two hundred years since slavery and they should pull themselves up by their bootstraps, like the rest of society. We’re color blind, don’t you know?”
We should, we can, we do and we have been addressing the problems of racism for more than two hundred years, to the point where Asians cannot get into Harvard, while others use affirmative action to take their place, in spite of lower SAT scores, all thanks to prejudiced admissions policies.
“And then we’ve got RFJ, Jr. An antisemitic conspiracy spreading lunatic…”
More insults, labels, name-calling and personal attacks from our uber-liberal compassionate music critic, Bob Lefsetz.
“Then again, Donald Trump says your vote doesn’t count. Put this guy in jail. Poor people pay consequences, rich people hire expensive attorneys and deny.”
“Yes, Aldean is from Macon, not a small town. Yes, Aldean is not struggling in a meth-infested village. Aldean is not reporting his truth, not whatsoever. But he’s got you amplifying his vision, what a joke.”
Kinda like the Steven Stills Buffalo Springfield song “For What It’s Worth”, promoted as an anthem for the sixties against the police and the establishment:
What a field day for the heat
A thousand people in the street
Singing songs and they carrying signs
Mostly say, “Hooray for our side”
“Many listeners in the late 1960s and early 1970s assume that the “For What It’s Worth” was written about the events at Kent State (despite the fact that the song was released a solid three years before the shootings). Others believed that the song was meant to protest the Vietnam War. The real inspiration, though, was much closer to home for the members of Buffalo Springfield. Beginning in 1966, there were a series of riots in Los Angeles in response to curfews imposed on young people who hung out on the Sunset Strip.”
And then Bob Lefsetz returns to his left wing fundamentals and absolute fiscal ignorance:
“If you’re financially conservative that means you don’t believe in a healthy safety net, you don’t believe in more money for the IRS, you only believe in your own pocketbook.”
While according to the IRS:
“The top 10 percent of earners paid 74 percent of all income taxes and the top 25 percent paid 89 percent. Altogether, the top fifty percent of filers earned 89 percent of all income and were responsible for 97.7 percent of all income taxes paid in 2020.”
And local governments, states, and the federal government transfer more than one TRILLION dollars every year to help those in need, and I’m fine with that. From the New York Times:
“Each year, American taxpayers spend nearly $1 trillion trying to help the poor. It’s easy to miss that headline number, though, because the money flows into and out of scores of federal, state and local government programs. In April, Michael D. Tanner, a senior fellow at Cato, a libertarian research group, compiled a list of 126 federal programs for low-income Americans, which together spend $668 billion of taxpayer money annually. State and local governments allocate an additional $284 billion, he estimated.”
That’s a pretty healthy “safety net”, most of which is paid for by the wealthiest people in the United States.
And man, oh man, are are you on the wrong side of history this time, Bob!
You’ll NEVER admit it, nor will this email and the links I’ve included ever show up in your “mailbag” newsletters. Do your research! Do some homework! Even BLACKS think you are Looney Toons on this issue. You are such a hypocrite!
