The Acosta Affair

The Acosta Affair

Music blogger Bob Lefsetz is preaching the left wing gospel again. And what words of wisdom is he sharing with his subscribers who signed up for his music and entertainment industry newsletter?

“And the truth is Sanders knows she’s lying, but she’s doing it for the team.”

You don’t know that – and we’ve seen the undoctored video footage and heard Acosta badgering the President and monopolizing his time.

“Who’d want to be a White House intern anyway?”

Ask Monica Lewinsky! You know NOTHING about the White House Internship Program, and yet you mock and insult young people interested in serving their country and gaining leadership skills and professional experience in government.

Working in the White House Internship Program is an honor and a privilege unrelated to who the president is or what party he or she belongs to. Don’t be such a prejudiced biased political hack.

And did you REALLY write this?

“And they protest at Tucker Carlson’s house… Do you think you can get away with saying these heinous things forever?”

So if you disagree with a television pundit, anchor or journalist you should gather up a group of angry hateful like-minded social justice warriors and demonstrate in front of their private home?

“On Wednesday evening, an Antifa mob descended on Tucker Carlson’s home in Washington, D.C. to threaten his family. The mob stood outside chanting, “We know where you sleep,” and one person pounded on the front door and screamed; that person apparently cracked the front door. Carlson’s wife locked herself in the pantry and called 911.”

That is INSANE! But you endorse this sort of rude behavior. WOW!

“since I’ve attacked the right these same Republicans believe I should attack the left”

NOBODY ever made such an asinine statement. You shouldn’t be proselytizing for Democrats or left wing radical causes AT ALL in your MUSIC industry newsletter. Grow a pair and start a political blog. Sure, you impress your Left Coast hippie friends when you rage against the morons in flyover country. But most of your fans do not live in Los Angeles.

“I know, we lost the election, I should just shut up and go home.”

No, you should NOT shut up. You have every right to hold an opinion and share it with others. But doing so in your music industry newsletter is the worst kind of bait & switch.

Have some integrity, courage and honesty – ask your subscribers to sign up for your new political newsletter – “Lefsetz’s Left Wing Report” – or something similar.

But STOP abusing your fan base with your obsessive radical political insults and opinions.
